SANAD Hybrid Gym — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how SANAD Hybrid Gym ("SANAD", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile app.

  1. Information We Collect • Account information: your name and email address, provided when you register. Sign-in is handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we do not store your password. • Profile and membership data: your role (coach or athlete), program level, and membership status and dates. • Fitness data you enter: body weight entries you record in the app. • Motion & activity data: with your permission, SANAD uses your device's motion sensor (Apple Core Motion / "Motion & Fitness") to count your steps, distance, and floors, and to show your live count, streak, and estimated calories. • Notification token: a device token used to deliver push notifications such as announcements and membership reminders.
  2. How We Use Your Information We use your information to: • Create and manage your account and gym membership. • Provide coaching features (program levels, weigh-ins, progress tracking, steps, calories, and leaderboards). • Send notifications such as announcements, membership reminders, and daily-goal alerts. • Operate, maintain, and improve the app. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.
  3. Motion & Fitness Data SANAD uses Apple's Core Motion ("Motion & Fitness") framework only to read your step count, distance, and floors for in-app fitness features (live steps, streak, estimated calories, and leaderboards). This data is never used for advertising or marketing, and is never sold or shared with third parties. SANAD does not use Apple HealthKit.
  4. How Your Data Is Stored and Shared Your account, membership, weight, and step-total data are stored using Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore) and processed by Google as our service provider. Within your gym, your coach can see your training profile. We do not sell your data.
  5. Account & Data Deletion You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app — tap "Delete Account" on your dashboard. This removes your profile, weigh-ins, measurements, and notes. You can also request deletion by emailing us at [email protected]. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
  6. Children's Privacy SANAD is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
  7. Security We use industry-standard measures, including Google Firebase's security infrastructure, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
  8. Changes to This Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
